As if I needed any more reason to love Christian Siriano. The guy is a total media whore (which I can certainly appreciate) fresh from his appearance on Ugly Betty, he's now on board to do red carpet interviews and commentary for the MTV Movie Awards. That's right, the awards show where people often show in flip flops and about a third of the winners tape an acceptance speech because they couldn't be bothered to actually make an appearance. The awards show hosted by... Mike Meyers (what Jason Alexander or Jon Lovitz weren't available?).
Being his adorably bitchy self, and anticipating seeing Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad from The Hills at the MTV event, he made a series of negative comments about the two being "designers". Viacom then called him in to explain himself and hopefully get a little media interest by providing us with this embeddable clip of the Project Runway winner doing a really lousy job back peddling. His distaste is barely concealed. It really isn't much of an apology, and for that j'adore Christian.
