Famed hotelier André Balazs will open his new Standard Hotel at 848 Washington Street in the Meatpacking district to unveil the September issue, which features Kate Moss on the cover. Expectations are high. It's not yet clear whether Moss will appear, but the guest list and special performance will be impressive.
